This was the first Uganda that I have tried. Upon first tasting it after the first roast, I thought that this is really nice. Then, after about 3 more roasts, I reordered more because it was consistently great. I'd give it a 4.5 on a 5 point scale and would recommend it. It has good body and a rounded, nice taste.

Excellent. Roasted a bit past the completion of first crack. I'm fairly primitive, just a cast iron skillet on the patio, but this is a delightful coffee. No bitterness, very smooth. Bit of chocolate notes.

Delightful Coffee! I roasted it to 30 seconds after the end of first crack. Rich, smooth, sweet and fruity up front, without the acidity. Wonderful cocoa at the end. Not a bitter bean in the lot. I can hardly wait 'til the morning to have another cup!

I have serious food sensitivities, and even the the variety of coffees that I have been able to enjoy has been limited. I have wanted a good African coffee with some complexity and brightness. This is all that, and it bothers me the least of all that I have tried so far. So I have drank it daily for the past several months. I love the aroma, the body and the finish. I am always reluctant to take a roast much past first crack, but this one tastes best when stopped about half way between first and second crack. It needs a couple of days rest to be its best.

So far this has surpassed Kenyan and Ethiopian for my taste. It checks all the boxes for bold, earthy, chocolatey yet remains smooth. Immediately reordered 5 lbs since my family also liked it so much

This coffee was recommended by Paul McWhorter and I am so happy I went with the recommendation. It is one of the most tasty coffees I have ever consumed.

For us, this has become our favorite coffee, better even than Kenyan and Ethiopian grades. Excellent whether roasted lighter or darker.

Roasted between first crack and second crack. Bright, citrus and very aromatic. A cross between Kenyan peaberry and Ethiopian Sidamo. Its great value for excellent coffee.
Service from Coffee Bean Corral is excellent. The quality of the beans are excellent very bad beans.

Wow this coffee the perfect cross between Ethiopia Sidamo and Kenya Peaberry. Uganda coffee does not get the same billing as Kenyan or Ethiopian but its the just as good. Flavor profile is bright and sweet with notes of citrus.

Roasted to Vienna about 450 degrees F, end of second crack. Brewed in Chemex.
Hazelnuts, hazelnuts, and hazelnuts. And a little wine and cocoa. Delicious and sweet with good medium body. I’ll be coming back to this one.

Roasted to beginning of second crack as suggested. Good coffee, but not my favorite so far. Great when blended with dark roasted Nicaraguan. I will be playing with this a bit more.

This is one of my favorites so far. The flavor profile is really good, and spot on to the description given by CBC. It's also one of my favorites to roast to Full city/ Dark. Also one of the favorites among my customers. We cant seem to have enough on hand, and definitely try to keep a good stock on hand

It was good. I'm new to coffee roasting. I prefer Ethiopian, but definitely liked the Mt Elgon.

This one's a beauty. Wonderfully similar to a good Kenya although lacking the winey flavors I like in a Kenya. But, the matrix did not list that so I wasn't expecting it. Really nice mouthfeel and increasing complexity as the cup cools...wonderful.

My mom and I used to buy Uganda green coffee beans in lass Vegas and was by far best coffee ever, I miss it so much and wish I still had it. She would roast the beans in a cast iron skillet each morning and it was the best.

I was excited to get this Ugandan coffee. It arrived when expected...and am excited to try it, but didn't realize the beans were not yet roasted. Am trying to find a local roaster who will roast a small batch for me since I have asthma am not able to try any of the oven roasting methods in my home.
