Our Mexican green coffee beans are grown in the mountainous regions of Oaxaca and Chiapas which borders Guatemala. Both beans are highly prized in their own ways with Chiapas coffee praised for its medium body that has a light, yet rich acidity. Meanwhile, Oaxaca coffee beans are well-balanced with a buttery consistency that unfolds into floral and chocolate overtones topped with a nutty finish.
